Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to LINIU power banks, cables, wireless chargers, GaN chargers, car chargers, and accessories purchased from this official store.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, contact support@liniushop.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Eligible returns

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise total. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.

Opened items that work as specified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return, typically within 3–7 business days of receipt.
