By using liniushop.com you agree to these Terms of Service. LINIU is an independent retailer and authorized seller of LINIU-branded products, not the official LINIU brand website.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for account credentials and for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders and Payment

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issues, and will refund any amount collected for a canceled order. Payment is processed through Shopify’s checkout and supported payment methods. We do not request payment by wire to a personal account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LINIU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your place of residence cannot be waived. Courts located in Santa Clara County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring qualifying consumer claims in your home jurisdiction where the law requires.
